Schwarzwaldstube - Culinary delights from around the world

For four decades, the name has stood for excellent haute cuisine: the Schwarzwaldstube in the Traube Tonbach. Since 2017, under the direction of chef Torsten Michel, with a contemporary interpretation of French classic cuisine. His menus are complemented quite wonderfully by the wine accompaniment of sommelier Stéphane Gass. Our service team led by Maître Nina Mihilli will ensure an unforgettable evening with great passion.
